Ratu Silver offerS shipping with reliable company such as DHL & FEDEX. We will dispatch the item(s) instantly if the item(s) is in stock. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will email the customer directly advising them of the alternative delivery time and other options to handle their order, if the item(s) is not in stock. We will offer our best to ensure an order is ready on time.
RETURN POLICY
We are more than happy to exchange or credited the cost of the item(s) which are returned to us within seven days. However, the item(s) must be returned to us in a unworn condition and in the original packaging in when sent to you. If your item(s) be faulty, simply contact ratusilverbali@yahoo.com with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased.
PLEASE NOTE – we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) or by telephone and ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings unless they are faulty. All returns MUST be sent back with delivery recorded. We are not accept any responsibility for any return. If the case of faulty goods returned within 14 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request. Refunds will only be made in the method the goods were originally paid for.
